Nexa Legal was founded by Will Rouse. Will is an experienced commercial lawyer who has extensive experience acting for startups, scaleups and innovation focused investors, having advised on hundreds of fundraising rounds and other growth-related legal matters.
Will is passionate about Australia's innovation ecosystem and helping founders and emerging companies grow and reach their potential. Will has worked with companies and investors across a range of different sectors and is known for his down to earth, pragmatic and commercial approach.
Prior to founding Nexa Legal, Will worked at several top tier law firms in Australia and overseas and was Head of Legal at an Australian based venture capital fund.
